Desktop app
Elitor Desktop
Your whole workspace as a real desktop app - its own window, dock / taskbar icon, native notifications, and a menu-bar / system-tray timer that鈥檚 always a glance away. Same account, same data as the website, perfectly in sync - just faster, quieter, and right where you work. Now on Windows, macOS and Linux.
You must be invited and logged in
The Elitor desktop app is available to invited members. Sign in with your Elitor account to download it for Mac, Windows or Linux.
Sign in to downloadTrack time without breaking flow
Pick a project, hit start, and your hours tick away in the menu bar - no window to open, no tab to find. Stop when you鈥檙e done and you get the same quick review step as the web before it lands on your timesheet. Your running total is always one glance up and to the right.
Built to feel native
Real macOS alerts for messages, mentions and @channel - delivered even when the window is closed. Click one and you land right on the thread.
Start and stop your timesheet from the menu bar - no window, no tab. The running total ticks away up top, and stopping drops straight into your day.
No cold tab loads or refreshes. The app stays connected in the background, so switching channels, DMs and stations feels immediate.
A live unread count rides your dock icon and bounces when something new lands - so you never miss a ping you care about.
It runs the live workspace, so new features show up the moment they ship. The app also tells you when a fresh build is worth grabbing.
Optional - have Elitor warm and waiting in your dock the second you sign in to your Mac.
Your data stays yours
The desktop app is a secure window onto the same workspace you already use - not a new place your information lives. It adds zero tracking and keeps nothing about you it doesn鈥檛 need.
You sign in with Google, exactly like the website. There's no Elitor password to leak, and the app never keeps one.
The app doesn't phone home, run analytics, or collect usage data. It opens your workspace and gets out of the way.
Messages, hours and your profile live in your Elitor account - never on the app. Quitting or uninstalling leaves everything on the server untouched.
Every request runs over HTTPS - the same secure, encrypted connection the website uses, on every network you're on.
Beyond your sign-in session and your own preferences (theme, notifications, launch-at-login), the app stores nothing about you locally.
Distributed directly from our own GitHub releases - no third-party stores, bundlers, or installers in the middle.
